The company focuses on project management and implementation of activities in the national interest, on education, training, and small to medium scale enterprise development. It utilizes advanced technology and best practice on IT management, and proven methodologies to identify and manage risks in the relevant target sectors. These sectors range from natural resources to environment and institutions.
 Particular focus of A1 expertise is on capacity building, planning, and networking to provide its range of services.
